ENSS Hope Project

ENSS Hope Project News

The ENSS Hope Project began in April 2018 as a school and community initiative to raise money for cancer research, as supported by the Terry Fox Foundation, and to create the commemorative ENSS Garden of Hope to honour those affected by cancer.

The ENSS Garden of Hope is located on Dundas Street, near the main entrance of the school, and may be visited anytime.  This space offers a place of quiet remembrance, reflection, and inspiration for future generations.  Dedicated in 2020 to all who believe in hope as a wall to unify us all.

Since September 2018, over 225 stones have been dedicated to loved ones and over $8 000 has been raised for the Terry Fox Foundation, thus continuing ENSS's rich tradition of supporting cancer research through school activities and community donations.

Each engraved stone has its own unique story and we invite you to visit the garden to read the unique and and heartfelt inscriptions.
